Follow our step-by-step instruction

How to get a ticket

Register online and receive your personal e-ticket to your e-mail. Please complete our questionnaire for online registration.

Every completed questionnaire is checked. Improperly or incorrectly completed questionnaires are deemed to be invalid.

Check your e-mail

If your questionnaire is completed correctly, we will send your e-ticket to your e-mail. You will need to print your e-ticket and show it to access an exhibition/an event.

Come to an exhibition/an event

Please show your e-ticket at the registration desk and receive your visitor badge for accessing an exhibition/an event for all days of its duration.

N.B.
Only one visitor shall be given access to an exhibition/an event with one e-ticket

FAQs

A message with a link for confirming the registration is not received/the password is not received

Due to the custom settings of your e-mail program, especially in case of corporate e-mail, messages confirming your registration/containing your password may not be able to reach your or may be marked as spam.

Check all of your inboxes. If the message is not there, use another e-mail to get registered or contact Technical Support Service: by e-mail sup@expocentr.ru or by phone 8 (495) 649-8810 (from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. Moscow time on business days).

A message with the ticket is not received after the questionnaire is completed and the registration is confirmed

Access the online registration system using your login and password and request that your e-ticket be sent again by clicking the relevant link.

Could not follow the link to confirm the e-mail

Make sure that your mailing program correctly displays the registration confirmation link (the link is full, it is not divided into several parts, etc).

Forgot the questionnaire password

Use the password recovery service (the forgot your password link in the online registration zone) or get registered from another e-mail.

Could not open the e-ticket

E-tickets are generated in the .pdf format. To read such files, install Acrobat Reader from the Adobe official website http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

The e-ticket displays incorrectly or creates errors

In case your e-ticket displays incorrectly, you may download it by clicking the link in the message in your web browser.

When contacting Technical Support by e-mail sup@expocentr.ru or by phone +7 (495) 649-8810 (from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. Moscow time on business days) please tell us:
1) the name of the exhibition/the event,
2) your login (e-mail),
3) the name of the registered person,
4) a brief description of the problem.
We will be unable to help you get registered and receive your e-ticket without this information
